CELL / DOSE

Precision. Pure. Heraldic.

The first transfolicular acne treatment system — a hexagonal silicone reservoir patch paired with a transcutol-based serum, embossed with the arms of ten French royal houses. Each dose carries a dynasty.

Le Système

Two parts. One purpose.

CELL is a micro-hexagonal silicone patch engineered with a columnar retaining system — microscopic posts that hold precisely three drops of DOSE serum in suspension above the skin.

DOSE is a transcutol-based acne serum formulated for transfolicular delivery. It doesn't sit on the surface. It travels down the follicular shunt to reach the lesion where it begins — deep in the pore.

Together, they form a precision delivery system that treats acne at its origin. Not around it. Not on top of it. Inside it.

CELL

A reservoir tuned to three drops.

Each CELL patch is a hexagon of medical-grade silicone measuring 12mm across — small enough to target a single lesion, large enough to hold what the skin needs.

The columnar retaining system is the innovation: an array of micro-posts, each 200 microns tall, that suspend the serum above the epidermis. No pooling. No runoff. Just controlled, gradual release into the follicular opening.

The hex shape tessellates perfectly for multi-lesion treatment, but each patch is designed to work alone — precision on a lesion-by-lesion basis.

DOSE

Transfolicular, not superficial.

Most acne treatments sit on the surface and hope to penetrate. DOSE is designed for the shunt — the natural pathway that leads from skin surface to the depths of the follicle.

The carrier is transcutol, a penetration enhancer with a proven record in transdermal delivery. It carries actives through the stratum corneum and down the follicular canal, depositing them where the lesion originates — at the sebaceous gland and the surrounding inflammatory tissue.

The formulation is designed for spot treatment: potent enough to resolve a lesion, gentle enough to not disrupt the surrounding skin barrier. Three drops. One patch. One night.

Les Maisons

Ten houses of France, told in shadow.

Ten Identité hexagonal glass crests arranged on a presentation plate, each embossed with a different French royal house coat of arms
The complete set: ten houses, ten crests, ten doses. Each CELL patch carries the arms of a French royal house.

Each CELL patch bears the coat of arms of a French royal house — not decoration, but the assertion that treating your skin is an act of self-regard, worthy of the same care given to the objects we treasure.

Ten houses. Ten symbols. Ten doses. From the leopard who outgrew his kingdom to the serpent who asked only not to be watched on the seventh day — the full stories are told only on the product itself, embossed in miniature beneath each crest. A secret for those who hold it.
